Canadian impressionist Bob Kebic has for nearly three decades painted canvases designed to reveal a world of color and texture. He has challenged the viewer to look for the unexpected pleasures in shadow and light.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Bob began sketching and painting at an early age. His formal education concluded with graduation from the Ontario College of Art in 1974. For two years he freelanced doing bookcovers for McClelland and Stewart, General Publishing, as well as McClean Advertising. During the next ten years, Bob refined his sense of textures and hues under the guidance of some of Canada's best artists and art directors in Toronto, Ontario.

Today, Bob Kebic's mystical landscapes continue to be deeply rooted in the impressionistic tradition. The values and colors, however, have become strongly individual; a bold approach particularly evident in his sunset scenes.

Bob Kebic's paintings are currently displayed exclusively at The Lloyd Gallery and hang in many corporate and private collections throughout Canada and the USA.
